Besides a 14ft idol, a large modak - favorite food of Ganesh - will be on display at the YMCA – Padavan-Preller Fields in Bellerose, New York.Scheduled from September 4-8, 2019, the Vinayaka/Vinayagar/Ganesh festival will include maha Pooja, special abhishek puja, fashion shows, live singing, shopping stalls and Bollywood celebrities.

There will be one Maha Aarti on the opening day of September 4, 2019 and two from September 5-8, 2019.Parking and admission to NYC Ganesh Utsav 2019 is free.
